Tamala R. Jonas, Ph.D., has been a technical consultant and patent agent with Greenlee Sullivan since 1999. Dr. Jonas has written and prosecuted patent applications in the fields of materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, microfluidics, MEMS, instrumentation, and mechanical devices. Dr. Jonas provides counsel on patentability, inventorship, and patent filing and claiming strategy. Dr. Jonas has an undergraduate degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a doctorate in Materials Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Jonas has several years of corporate experience as a metallurgist.
