Susan is a shareholder of the firm. Dr. Doughty has written and prosecuted patent applications in many fields, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, materials science, instrumentation, optics, physics, spectroscopy and mechanical devices. Dr. Doughty also provides counsel on product landscape and freedom-to-operate issues. She has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Purdue University and a doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Colorado (Boulder).
