Steve is a shareholder of the firm. Steve emphasizes the areas of (a) business-oriented due diligence with opinion work including freedom to operate landscape evaluations, validity assessments, strategic portfolio development, and transactions such as license agreements which leverage IP assets; (b) patent application preparation and prosecution; and (c) analysis projects ranging from technology assessments to litigation support. He believes that involvement in each area provides cross-benefits to the others. Steve has expertise in pharmaceutical and biological therapeutics, diagnostics, and vaccines for human and veterinary medical applications, in addition to medical and mechanical devices. He has a background in a variety of oncology, allergy, anti-inflammatory, and immunostimulatory innovations. He is an inventor on three issued United States patents. He also conducts trademark practice.
